Charitable Donations: Donations to We Care & Share are generally non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to support our charitable programs. Once processed, donations are allocated to our ongoing initiatives and programs.

Refund Process

Recurring Donations
Cancellation:
- Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next scheduled donation

Refunds for Recurring Donations: Individual recurring donation installments may be refunded following the same policy as one-time donations.
Event Registrations and Program Fees
Event Cancellations:
- If we cancel an event, full refunds will be issued
- If you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the event, a 50% refund may be issued
- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event

Tax Receipts

- Tax receipts previously issued will be voided
